INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb kielbasa
- 1 14 oz can of sliced potatoes, drained and patted dry
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain the sliced potatoes and lightly pat them dry. Set aside.
- Cut the kielbasa into ¼-inch wide slices. Chop the bell peppers and onion.
- Place the potatoes, kielbasa, peppers, and onions in a bowl and spray them lightly with cooking oil.
- Add seasoning salt and pepper and carefully toss together until all the ingredients are coated.
- Pour the kielbasa mixture into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, shake the air fryer basket, then continue to air fry for an additional 7 minutes.
NOTES
- Air frying for 14-15 minutes cooks everything through and gives it a nice char, but if you prefer this dish to be extra crispy, air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Enjoy this dish with a spoonful of sour cream on top.
- Drying the potatoes will ensure they are a nice, crispy, golden brown when cooked, so don’t skip this step!
