- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish and set aside. - Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside. - Prepare the Sauce
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
