Ingredients:

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked ground beef or sausage (½ cup)

How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  3. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, ½ the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon a little marinara sauce into each cup.
  6. Add a spoon of the cheese mixture on top.
  7. If using meat, add a small spoon of cooked beef or sausage.
  8. Add another layer of marinara, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  10. Cool 5 minutes before removing so they hold their shape.
