  • 4 cups cornflakes (or crushed digestive biscuits / graham crackers)
  • 1 cup soft caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt for topping

  1. Prepare the pan
    Line an 8Ɨ8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the caramel mixture
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

  3. Add the crunch
    Remove from heat and gently fold in the cornflakes until fully coated.
