🍬 Yield
About 16–18 clusters
Ingredients
- 1½ cups chopped nuts (peanuts, almonds, or pecans work great)
- 1½ cups crispy cereal (cornflakes or rice cereal)
- ¾ cup soft caramels, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

In a large bowl, mix the chopped nuts and crispy cereal. Set aside. - Melt the caramel
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the caramels with the cream, stirring constantly until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. - Coat the crunch
Pour the warm caramel over the nut-cereal mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated. - Form clusters
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press lightly to shape. - Melt the chocolate
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (30-second intervals) or over a double boiler until smooth. - Dip & drizzle
Spoon or dip each cluster in melted chocolate, then drizzle extra chocolate on top for that bakery look. - Set
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Tips for Perfect Clusters
- Use soft caramels, not hard candy.
- Chill before serving for clean bites.
- Swap nuts for pretzels or coconut for fun variations.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
