Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1.5–2 lbs each)
 - 12–16 slices of bacon (thin-cut works best)
 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (or honey glaze)
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
 - Prepare Pork Tenderloin: Trim any silver skin or excess fat from the pork tenderloins. Rub them with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
 - Wrap in Bacon: Lay the bacon strips out, slightly overlapping, and place the tenderloin on top. Roll tightly so the bacon wraps around the pork. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Glaze: Brush the bacon-wrapped pork with barbecue sauce or honey glaze, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top for caramelization.
 - Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) for an additional 5–10 minutes to crisp the bacon.
 - Rest: Remove from the oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
 - Serve: Slice into thick medallions and serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
