Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups pecan halves
- Pinch of salt

How to Make
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together: corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Cool completely before slicing so it firms up.
