 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
 - 1/4 cup (60g) cooked and crumbled bacon
 - 2 tbsp chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder (if using), bacon, and green onions. Mix until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
