Ingredients:
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked ground beef or sausage (½ cup)
How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, ½ the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon a little marinara sauce into each cup.
- Add a spoon of the cheese mixture on top.
- If using meat, add a small spoon of cooked beef or sausage.
- Add another layer of marinara, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Cool 5 minutes before removing so they hold their shape.
