- 3 cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish. - Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:- 3 cups oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon (if using)
- Whisk Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk:- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine
Pour wet mixture over oats and stir until fully combined. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes so oats soak up the liquid. - Add Extras (optional)
Stir in nuts, fruit, or chocolate chips if you like. - Bake
Transfer to prepared dish and bake 25–35 minutes, until golden on top and set in the center. - Cool & Serve
Let cool slightly before cutting into squares. Drizzle with honey or yogurt on top!
