- 150g (5 oz) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomato, finely diced (optional)
- 2 tbsp green onions or fresh herbs (parsley/chives), chopped
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: sesame seeds or sea salt for topping
Instructions:
