Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add cold butter and rub it into the flour until crumbly.
- Gradually add milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Wrap and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
2. Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine all cheeses, garlic powder, herbs, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Assemble the Hand Pies
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut into circles (about 4–5 inches wide).
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of cheese filling on one side.
- Fold over, seal edges with a fork.
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Place pies on a lined baking tray.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffed.
