- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
 - 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

For the White Sauce:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 3 cups milk (warm)
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

- 9-12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
 
Instructions:
- Cook the Noodles:
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 
 - Prepare the White Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
 - Gradually pour in warm milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
 - Add garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
 
 - Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach (if using), mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
 
 - Assemble the Lasagna:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Spread a thin layer of white sauce at the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - Layer 3-4 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture over the noodles, then drizzle with white sauce.
